Overview

The Medical Checkup Details page displays complete information regarding an employee's medical examination results. This feature allows you to view MCU details, health status, doctor's notes, as well as add follow-ups and other medical records.

MCU Information

The top section of the page displays general information about the medical checkup being viewed.

MCU Status

Medical checkup status can be:

Doctor Notes / HSEF

This section displays notes from the doctor or the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team regarding the medical checkup results.

New Doctor Note

Button to add a new doctor's note.

  • Click New Doctor Note to add a new note
  • A form will open to fill in the medical notes

Doctor Notes History

Table or list displaying the history of doctor's notes.

Consultations and Follow-up

Information regarding the number of consultations and a button to add follow-up.

Medical Checkup Management Flow

1. Input MCU Results

  • Medical staff or HSE inputs MCU result data
  • Status is determined based on examination results
  • Upload supporting documents (lab results, X-rays, etc.)

2. Add Doctor's Notes

  • Doctor adds medical notes
  • Follow-up recommendations
  • Treatment or lifestyle advice

3. Follow-up and Monitoring

  • Patient performs follow-up according to schedule
  • Doctor records progress
  • Status can be updated

4. Work Eligibility Evaluation

  • Based on MCU results and doctor's notes
  • Determination of fit/unfit for work
  • Work placement recommendations

Adding a New Doctor's Note

To add a new doctor's note:

  1. Click the New Doctor Note button
  2. The doctor's note form will open
  3. Fill in the available fields:
    • Note Date - Note date (automatically filled with today's date)
    • Doctor - Name of the doctor making the note
    • Notes - Medical note content
    • Attachment - Upload supporting file (optional)
  4. Click Save to save
  5. Click Cancel to cancel

Adding Follow-up

To add follow-up:

  1. Click the Add Follow Up button
  2. The follow-up form will open
  3. Fill in the follow-up details:
    • Follow-up Date - Follow-up date
    • Doctor - Doctor in charge
    • Notes - Follow-up results
    • Status Update - Status change if any
  4. Click Save to save
  5. Click Cancel to cancel

Managing Attachments

Upload Attachment

  • Click the Upload Attachment icon
  • Select file from computer
  • Allowed formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, JPEG
  • Maximum file size: 2 MB (or according to company policy)

Download/View Attachment

  • Click the file name to download
  • Click the preview icon to view the file

Delete Attachment

  • Click the delete icon to remove attachment
  • Confirm deletion

Usage Tips

  1. Fill in data completely - Ensure all MCU information is filled correctly, including provider, location, and validity date.
  2. Pay attention to validity period - MCUs usually have a validity period (e.g., 1 year). Note the "Valid Until" date as a reminder for the next MCU.
  3. Document doctor's notes - Every doctor's note should be properly documented for medical and legal purposes.
  4. Upload lab results - Upload laboratory results, X-rays, or other supporting examination files as attachments.
  5. Timely follow-up - If there are follow-up recommendations, ensure the patient complies with the schedule.
  6. Status consistency - Ensure the status (Fit/Unfit) is consistent with doctor's notes and examination results.
  7. Data privacy - Medical data is confidential; ensure only authorized personnel can access it.

Troubleshooting

MCU Data Not Appearing

  • Ensure the employee has saved MCU data
  • Refresh the browser page
  • Recheck the Medical Checkup tab on the employee page

Failed to Add Doctor's Note

  • Ensure all required fields are filled
  • Check the date format
  • Check internet connection

File Upload Failed

  • Ensure file size does not exceed the limit
  • Check allowed file formats
  • Try compressing the file if too large

Status Incorrect

  • Recheck examination results
  • Consult with doctor or HSE
  • Update status if necessary

Follow-up Not Recorded

  • Ensure follow-up was saved correctly
  • Check the doctor's notes history
  • Re-add if necessary
