Medical Check-up
Overview
The Medical Check-up menu displays all health examination types used to manage employee medical check-up data. This feature allows you to configure various types of MCU (Medical Check-Up) according to company needs.

The Medical Check-up page is located within the Setup » Document Type » Medical Check-up menu.
Medical Check-up List Display
The medical check-up list page displays a category sidebar on the left and a list of MCU types on the right.
Category Sidebar
The left sidebar displays available document categories:

- Master Bank
- Setting Education
- Medical Check-up
- Setting Employment History
Medical Check-up Type List
The medical check-up list page displays all available health examination types in a list format.

Medical Check-up Type Data
Here is an example of registered medical check-up type data:

Medical Check-Up Type Form
To add or edit a medical check-up type, use the Medical Check-Up Type form.

Form Components:

| **Name *** | Medical check-up type name | Required |
| Status | Active status | Checkbox |
How to Fill the Form:
- Name
- Enter the medical check-up type name
- Example:
Annual Medical Check-Up,Pre-employee,Exit Medical - The name must be unique and cannot be the same as an existing one
- Status
- Check if the MCU type is active and can be used
- Leave unchecked if inactive
- Active MCU types will appear in the selection when filling out employee medical check-up data
- Click Save to save the data
- Click Cancel to cancel
Adding a New Medical Check-up Type
To add a new medical check-up type:
- Click the Add Medical Check-up Type button or the plus (+) icon
- The Medical Check-Up Type Form page will open
- Fill in Name with the MCU type name (example:
Annual Medical Check-Up) - Set Status (check if you want it immediately active)
- Click Save to save
- Click Cancel to cancel
Editing a Medical Check-up Type
To edit existing medical check-up type data:
- Find the MCU type you want to edit from the list
- Click the Edit icon on that row
- The edit form will open with pre-filled data
- Modify the necessary information (Name, Status)
- Click Save to save the changes
- Click Cancel to cancel
Deleting a Medical Check-up Type
To delete a medical check-up type:
- Find the MCU type you want to delete from the list
- Click the Delete icon on that row
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears
- The medical check-up type data will be permanently deleted
Types of Medical Check-ups
Time-Based MCU

Employee Status-Based MCU

Usage Tips
- Use descriptive names - Give clear names so the purpose of the MCU is easy to understand.
- Group by category - Understand the natural grouping of existing MCU types.
- Activate all necessary types - Activate all MCU types that might be used by the company.
- Customize according to company policy - Add specific MCU types according to company policy.
- Complete documentation - Create internal documentation about when each MCU type is used.
- Review periodically - Periodically evaluate whether all MCU types are still relevant.
- Avoid duplication - Ensure there are no MCU types with the same function.
When to Use Each MCU Type

| Annual Medical Check-Up | Every active employee, performed once a year |
| Pre-employee | Prospective employees who have been accepted, before the first working day |
| Exit Medical | Employees who resign, retire, or are terminated |
| Return to Work | Employees returning after sick leave > 14 days |
| Periodic | Employees with specific health risks, every 3/6 months |
| On Call | Employees with certain health complaints |
| Special Case | Pregnant employees, employees with chronic diseases |
| Post-Incident | After work accident, before returning to duty |
| Fitness for Duty | Employees to be placed in remote/offshore locations |
| Promotion Medical | Employees to be promoted to positions with greater responsibility |
| Follow up MCU | Employees with MCU results requiring further examination |
Troubleshooting
Cannot add a new MCU type
- Ensure the Name field is filled
- Check if the name is already in use
- Try with a different name
MCU type not appearing in selection
- Check the status (must be active)
- Refresh the browser page
- Ensure the data was saved correctly
Failed to save form
- Ensure the name is not duplicated
- Check your internet connection
- Try with a simpler name
Data cannot be deleted
- Ensure no employee medical check-up data is using this type
- Deactivate it first before deleting
- Contact an administrator if still having issues
MCU types are incomplete
- Identify MCU needs in the company
- Add the necessary types
- Consult with HR or HSE team
