Access Moyee Platform

Step-by-step guide to access Moyee platform at https://people.moyee.co.id/

Welcome to Moyee! Follow these simple steps to access the platform and begin managing your attendance and employee experience.

Prerequisites

Before you start, ensure you have:

  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari)
  • A stable internet connection
  • Your login credentials (email address and password) provided by your administrator

Step-by-Step Access Guide

Step 1: Open your browser

Launch your preferred web browser and navigate to the official Moyee platform URL:

https://people.moyee.co.id/

Step 2: Enter your credentials

On the login page, you will see the Sign in to Minimal form. Enter the email address and password you received from your company administrator.

If you don't have an account yet, contact your HR or system administrator. New accounts are created by your organization, not via self-registration.

Step 3: Sign in

Click the Login button to access your account.

Step 4: Explore the dashboard

After successful login, you will be redirected to the main dashboard. Here you can see an overview of your attendance, leave balances, and quick actions.

Step 5: Navigate through features

Use the sidebar menu to access different modules:

  • Attendance – Clock in/out with geo-tagging
  • Leave – Request and track leave
  • Profile – View and update your personal information
  • Reports – Access attendance summaries (if permitted)
Tip: Bookmark the URL for quick access next time!

Step 6: Log out securely

Always log out when using a shared or public computer by clicking your profile picture and selecting Logout.

Forgot Your Password?

If you cannot remember your password, follow these steps to reset it:

  1. On the login page, click the Forgot password? link.
  2. You will be redirected to the password reset page:
    https://people.moyee.co.id/auth-demo/modern/forgot-password
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. Click Send Request.
  5. Check your email inbox for a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
  6. Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.
If you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact your system administrator.

If you encounter issues during login:

Check your internet connection or try accessing from a different network.
