- Group Areas Logically - Separate branch offices, project locations, and operational regions.
- Activate Only Those in Use - Deactivate areas that are no longer active to avoid cluttering dropdown options.
- Watch for Duplicates - Before adding a new area, ensure there is no existing area with the same name or code.
- Link with Projects - Connect areas with ongoing projects at those locations.
- Update Data Regularly - Check and update area data if there are changes (e.g., branches closed/opened).
